Art Print Form Now Closed! And a Quick Check In...
10 months ago – Wed, May 07, 2025 at 07:29:52 AM

Hey there, everyone!

We wanted to take a sec to let y'all know that the Google Form regarding the unsigned art prints is now CLOSED! Thank you all for filling those out if you chose to do so; we'll work on making those adjustments to your pledge items and ensure those that filled out the Form receive unsigned art prints!

In addition to all that, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone how you can access your pledge. Even though we're still a ways off from fulfillment, it's never a bad idea to hop in to make sure your shipping information is up-to-date! Using the following link, enter the email address that's attached to your Kickstarter account and you should be able to pull your pledge right up!

We'll post a few more reminders like this as we get closer to fulfillment. If you have any questions, please check out the campaign FAQs and if you need additional help, feel free to email us at [email protected]. We're open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (excluding US holidays)!

Last Call for Unsigned Art Prints!
10 months ago – Fri, May 02, 2025 at 08:37:01 AM

Hey all!

We just wanted to take a moment to touch base with you all regarding the art prints! As we addressed in our last update here, some folks requested an option for unsigned prints in lieu of signed. We wanted to take a moment to reach out to backers again to let you all know that the Google Form to do so will be closing this upcoming Tuesday!

If you would prefer to receive UNSIGNED art prints instead of signed, please fill out the Google Form attached below. This will allow Wraithmarked fulfillment staff to know to modify your order to include UNSIGNED art prints instead of signed art prints.

https://forms.gle/1YgkCE4T1VxdGaPU8

This Form will close end of day Tuesday, May 6th 2025. If you do not fill out this Form before we close it, we will assume you want your art prints signed, and we will be unable to modify your order to instead include unsigned art prints. So please please please get your form filled out asap if you want your art prints unsigned.

If you want your art prints signed or you don't care either way, you don't have to do anything, not to worry! Again filling out the form is only necessary if you want the art prints UNSIGNED. If you have already completed the Form via our last update, no further action from you is needed!

Again, this form will be open until end of day May 6th, and will not reopen after, nor will we be taking requests to modify art print rewards after that. So please get it filled out as soon as possible!

Regarding the Art Print Signatures
11 months ago – Tue, Apr 08, 2025 at 11:16:50 AM

Hey all! Bryce here! Sorry for the delay getting a solution to this in place. As you can imagine GB is a very busy guy, so when you combo that with Wraithmarked's own juggling of a bunch of projects at once... well... you get it, I hope, ha...

THE PROBLEM

Several people have asked us if it's possible to get the art prints without GB's signature, since they find it distracting from the art itself. We first wanted to pass along GB's own statement on the placement of his signature, given that it speaks to his choice of placement:

"For those wondering why the signature is smack in the middle of the prints, my logic was: We had initially designed these as End-Sheets for the book before we considered them as prints that could be signed. They're gorgeous prints, but they simply weren't made with signature-space in mind. So when I grabbed my blue & gold markers and sat down to start signing, there wasn't any easy corner to sign in without obscuring some detail or getting the signature lost in a densely-packed section of art. The only workable negative-space was 1) between the ship and the family for the portrait, and 2) up in the northern Balkans for the map. The result then is that the signatures went in the only place they could, right in the center. I can certainly understand how this isn't the standard style, and I apologize to anyone disappointed by the result. I appreciate Wraithmarked working for a solution that can satisfy everyone, and I look forward to you all getting your books, bookmarks, stickers, pins, and prints!"

THE SOLUTION

We've got a very simple fix for this! If you would prefer to receive UNSIGNED art prints instead of signed, please fill out the Google Form I'm attaching below. This will allow Wraithmarked fulfillment staff to know to modify your order to include UNSIGNED art prints instead of signed art prints.

This Form will be available for 1 month, and will be closed end of day Tuesday, May 6th 2025.

Again, this Form will be open until end of day May 6th, and will not reopen after, nor will we be taking requests to modify art print rewards after that. So please get it filled out asap!

Let me know if you have any questions!

Printing Update
12 months ago – Tue, Mar 11, 2025 at 06:30:46 AM

Hey there everyone!

As with our last update regarding this matter, apologies for the copy-and-paste nature of this one, also. Since this was a widespread issue that affected nearly all of our campaigns, we thought it best to just keep it uniform for consistency.

Update on our printer…

Following up on our previous update about our printing partner, CPi, we’ve gotten word from our that their systems are back online! Of course, as with any significant outage, that is only the first step. We expect it will take a little bit of time for them to get rolling again for all their clients, so while we still anticipate some delays on a few of our projects, they are not likely to be as significant as previously expected.

In fact, we have already been in communication with CPi regarding the next steps on a number of our upcoming projects. Even in the midst of this outage, they were able to get physical proofs for two of our upcoming campaigns shipped out to us for review (pictured below). So we're thankfully well on our way to being back on track.

What’s next…

While the outage was ongoing, we've continued working with our other production partners to produce other campaign rewards such as bookmarks, art prints, pins, etc. to ensure that we're as ready as we can be once the books are printed. We have also updated our project pipeline tracker to reflect any projects with anticipated delays and will update folks for those respective campaigns as we move forward with production.

Finally, if you require assistance with your pledge, need to change your shipping info, or have another question, please send an email to [email protected]. We’re open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST, and will be happy to help however we can (it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get back to you, but we do answer all tickets in need of a response). 🙂

Thanks so much for your continued support, patience, and understanding!
